Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Refunds are considered under circumstances where we have failed to deliver services as agreed upon in the contract.
  2. Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days from the activation of services.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, including domain registration fees, SSL certificate purchases, customization fees, website design, and website modifications are non-refundable.

Process for Requesting Refunds

  1. Clients must submit a written refund request, detailing the reason for the refund and providing any necessary supporting documentation.
  2. Refund requests will be diligently reviewed by our team within 1 – 2 business days of receipt.
  3. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Refund Denial

  1. Refunds may be denied if the client breaches any terms outlined in the service contract.
  2. We reserve the right to reject refund requests that are deemed fraudulent or made in bad faith.
