Websites for Online Retailers

Fast product pages and a checkout that works on any phone.

5.0 on Google100+ websites launchedSince 2009

If most of your sales happen online, the website does the job of the shop floor and the checkout counter, and it has to do it at 2 a.m. with nobody around to help.

Our work for online retailers goes after whatever slows a sale down, like product pages that load slowly, filters that don’t match how people shop or a checkout that asks for too much.

A new store, a move to another platform or a tune-up of the one you have all start the same way: with a close look at how your customers actually shop.

For stores that live online

This page is for stores where most of the revenue comes through the website. Some are a first shop, others carry thousands of products. We’re based in Clarks Summit, PA, and build stores for businesses across the country.

  • Fashion & apparel stores

Size guides, color swatches and new arrivals up front.

  • Home & furniture stores

Shop by room, materials up close and delivery details.

  • Health & beauty stores

Shop by concern, ingredient details and subscribe-and-save.

  • Subscription brands

Plans, a customer account to manage them and the option to pause instead of cancel.

  • Digital products & courses

Instant downloads, memberships and online courses in one checkout.

  • Specialty shops

Niche catalogs with filters and search for people who know exactly what they want.

Product Discovery

Clear categories, filters built around how your customers browse and a search box that returns sensible results are the core of the store. If people can’t find a product, the rest of the site hardly matters.

Collections for occasions, best sellers and new arrivals give browsers somewhere to start. Related products on each page help them find a second thing to add to the cart.

Speed That Protects Sales

A slow store loses shoppers, and on phones it loses them faster. Product and category pages are kept light, images are optimized and the checkout stays quick.

In practice that means fewer heavy apps and plugins, modern image formats and testing on real phones over a mobile connection, the way a shopper waiting in a parking lot would see the store.

A Checkout Without Friction

The checkout offers guest checkout, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and shows shipping costs well before the last step. A shipping charge that appears at the last moment is a common reason carts get left behind.

Before launch we run through the whole path, from product page to order confirmation, on phones and desktops. Discount codes, shipping rules, taxes and the emails customers get afterward are all part of that test.

Bring Customers Back

The first order is the expensive one to win. Email signups, abandoned cart reminders, subscriptions and loyalty perks make a second order more likely.

Customer accounts make reordering simple. Follow-up emails can share care tips, ask for a review or give a reason to return, and once they’re set up they run on their own.

Replatforming With Your Rankings in Mind

Moving to or from Shopify, WooCommerce or another platform means moving products, customers and orders, and redirecting every old URL to its new home.

The current store stays live until the new one is ready and you’ve approved it. After the switch we check redirects, rankings and tracking, because those are the things that tend to break quietly.

Tracking That Shows What Sells

Ecommerce tracking in Google Analytics shows which products, pages and channels produce the revenue.

Once purchases, carts and checkouts are tracked properly, you can judge each ad and email campaign by the orders it brought in, and spot the ones that only brought clicks.

Pages we build for online retailers

The pages where online sales are won or lost.

  1. Category pages

Filters, sorting and collections that make a big catalog easy to browse.

  2. Product pages

Photos, variants, reviews and shipping info at the moment of decision.

  3. Cart & checkout

Short, mobile-friendly and free of surprises.

  4. Customer accounts

    Order history, reorders and subscriptions.

  5. Shipping & returns

Clear policies that remove the last doubts.

  6. Campaign landing pages

Built for ads, launches and seasonal sales.

Shorten the trip from product page to paid order.

That means quick pages on a phone, a checkout with no surprises and a reason to come back for a second order.

Questions? Answered.

Improving the store you have, choosing a platform, protecting SEO in a migration and help with marketing after launch.

We already have a store. Can you improve it instead of rebuilding?

Often, yes. We review your current store for speed, usability and checkout issues and recommend whether targeted improvements or a rebuild will pay off more.

Which platform is best for an online-only brand?

Shopify suits brands that want a simple, hosted store. WooCommerce suits brands that want full control and no platform transaction fees. We build on both and recommend based on your products and plans.

Can you migrate our store without hurting SEO?

That’s what the redirect plan is for. Every product, category and page is mapped to its new address with a permanent redirect, and we check rankings and traffic after the switch so a missed redirect gets caught early.

Do you help with ads and email after launch?

Yes. We run Google Ads, social ads and email marketing for online stores, measured by the sales they bring in.
